The conversation highlights how technological access and cultural expectations intersect to shape the experience of aging across different contexts.

- Francis Kasolo, from Zambia, is a medical doctor and a professor of infectious diseases, but currently working with the World Health Organization. As he approaches retirement, he shares insights on planning for later life and discusses the cultural and personal perspectives that shape aging in his community.
- Joy Cantos, from the Philippines, is a nurse with over 20 years of experience providing care in both Canada and the Philippines.
