Episode 01: Preserving Memories in a Digital World
This episode explores how storytelling, technology, and human connection can shape the way we age — and why preserving our life stories matters now more than ever. With the real insights and reflections on digital inequity, we unpack how tools like KinCapsule help families stay connected and support older adults with dignity and empathy. The episode looks into how tech can honour the past while empowering the future.

About our guest:
Daniel Findlay (LinkedIn) is the founder of KinCapsule, a personal media and storytelling platform designed to preserve life stories, strengthen family bonds, and support caregivers. His personal experience of losing his family’s history and legacy inspired him to build a tool that ensures no life story is forgotten. Through KinCapsule, Daniel champions legacy-building, cognitive engagement, and more meaningful care for older adults and their families.

Episode Zero: Bridging the Digital Divide in Aging

In this introductory episode of The Ageless Future, we dive into how technology and mental wellness tools are reshaping the way we age. From meditation apps to AI-powered virtual therapists, we explore what helps older adults feel confident using digital tools (and what still stands in their way). We unpack how trust, design, and empathy can make tech more accessible for seniors and caregivers. This is an insightful first step into understanding how intergenerational collaboration can close the digital divide.

About our guests:

  • Sue Lantz (LinkedIn) is the founder of Collaborative Aging, a Canadian organization helping older adults and their caregivers build connection, choice, and dignity in later life. With deep experience in health systems, housing, and social care, Sue brings a community-centred lens to the aging journey.
  • Nadia Abuseif (LinkedIn) is a strategic foresight and innovation specialist who works with Collaborative Aging to scale aging-focused programs. She holds a background in design, communication and future-thinking, helping bridge the gap between emerging technology, service design, and human-centric aging solutions
